Merry Christmas from Our Family to Yours

I don’t think anybody saw 2020 coming. This year presented new challenges that caused myself, the company, and our community to seriously rethink what it means to show up for one another.

But I don’t necessarily think that’s a fact to be upset about. The truth of the matter is that it’s good to be challenged, to be disrupted, and to relearn the value of service. In the words of John C. Maxwell, “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.”

2020 was a year of learning.

At Hudson Plumbing, we relearned the importance of responding to our customers’ needs despite the dangers of COVID-19, because at the end of the day, your home’s plumbing is the lifeline to adequate hygiene, recovery, and comfortability.

We relearned the value of a team aligned on a common goal: to build relationships by offering quality products and professional, trustworthy service to all our customers — while maintaining safe social distancing practices both inside and outside our facility.

We relearned the power of local businesses and the positive impact they can have on individuals within our communities. The resiliency of our Martinsville, Mooresville, and Bloomington neighbors was nothing short of inspiring.

And finally, we relearned the significance of reconnecting with our families during difficult times. My family and faith are the bedrock by which all of my decisions are made — to include my work family here at Hudson Plumbing, which has proven to transcend one single person time and again.

COVID-19 challenged everyone this year. But it also proved just how strong those in the plumbing industry — suppliers, sales representatives, contractors, and plumbers — really are.

We’re still in this together. Merry Christmas!
