How extensive are the check-ups?
We perform a thorough, 78-point inspection of your plumbing system. This includes evaluating your water and drain system, the water heater and water softener treatment system, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and so much more!
What happens if the technician finds something wrong with the system(s)?
If the technician discovers that your system(s) need a repair or a replacement, they will inform you about their findings and provide you with options to remedy the problem. If you decide to move forward, our technician will get to work right away taking care of your plumbing needs.
How do I schedule my FREE annual plumbing safety inspection
We’ve got you covered! We will call you to schedule an appointment that works best for you. On this visit, we will assess your plumbing system at least 1x annually. You will receive our 78-point inspection form telling you how your plumbing system is performing.
What if I want to cancel my plan?
Your plan requires a minimum of a 1-year commitment. If you would like to cancel after 1 year just email or mail in a written cancellation request with your name, address, and a reason for cancellation. Please remember that once the plan is canceled, all extended and lifetime warranties are considered void.
How are payments processed?
At the time of our initial visit, you will be asked to pay in full for the 1st year of your plan. When it is time to renew, we will send you a reminder postcard and will follow that up with a phone call to get you signed up for another year of worry-free plumbing!
